Vendor space for Winter Volksfest (2/22) & Eurofest (2/23)

Please carefully select from the drop down menu

• $50 FOR 10X20 SPACE (includes one admission) no booth cars
• $75 FOR 10X30 SPACE (includes two admissions) no booth cars
• $100 for 10x40 SPACE (includes three admissions) one booth car

• $150 10x 40 includes 2 booth cars (Includes 3 entries)
** If you need more space then above, then get two or three spaces, or contact us

• All vendors will be mentioned on social media and website, if you are pre-paid.
Booth cars are welcome, just let us know. If Booth cars are included in your vendor entry, they will be eligible to be judge and will include driver.

If you need to purchase an extra admission, just add it to your cart.

All Vendors will arrive before cars to allow for space to move around. You can arrive for Pre-Show setup or come day of show. You must arrive at a specific time frame or your spot may have to be moved.

You may be a vendor for both days.

Please note that the Winter Volksfest is only VW (Vintage Aircooled & newer models) &  Eurofest is all European cars (New and old)

Vendor setup times for Volksfest - Friday (3-8pm) Sat (7:30-8:30am)

Vendor Setup times for Eurofest - Saturday (5:30-7pm) Sun (7:30-8:30am)

PLEASE REMEMBER!! Your booth must remain inside for duration of event. Once event is over and the show cars are out, you may bring any trucks or trailers in.
